The DVLS Impurities in Ethylene Analyzer complies with ASTM D2504 & D8098 to determine:

- C1 – C5 hydrocarbons

- C6+ analysis (Optional)

- Permanent gases: Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Carbon Monoxide and Carbon Dioxide

@Configuration & Options

The Impurities in Ethylene/Propylene application is based upon an Agilent Technologies Gas Chromatograph

- pre-column to backflush the hydrocarbon matrix

- analytical column

- heated Side Carrier that contains:

 : gas sampling valve to inject the gas sample

 : several switching valves to isolate various components and to backflush

- Pulsed Discharge Helium Ionization Detector (PDHID) to detect the traces of permanent gases

- G-CAL permeation device to calibrate the system using the permeation tubes or a calibration gas

- OpenLAB CDS Chemstation or EZChrom software for instrument control, data acquisition, peak integration and calibration.
